the services we offer:
REBUILD SERVICES
Engines. We can completely rebuild your engine or component parts (head work, crank and bearing
work, cam work, etc.) Once rebuilt, we will start and run the engine on our test stand to insure you
receive it ready to drop into your vehicle and go.

4 cylinder Grahm Brothers
Starters, generators and starter/generator units
Water Pumps. Send us your worn out waterpump and we will disassemble, clean, machine and re-assemble
using a new steel shaft, seals and bearings and any needed repairs made. Send the complete
pump including gear & housing. No need to send the fan pulley.
Vacuum tanks. We will rebuild your old tank using new galvanized steel tanks if needed. When you
send us your tank, no need to send the mounting hardware.
Oil pumps. Send us your original pump and we'll rebuild it with a new shaft, gear and other parts as
needed for a like new pump.
MACHINE SHOP SERVICES
Engine Rebuilding. We do complete engine rebuilding, contact us for a quote. Some of the things
we do when rebuilding an engine are:
Sleeving
Valve seating
Valve guide replacement
Valve Tappet refacing to the correct radius
PLUS all of the following if needed:
Crankshaft grinding. Send us the crankshaft and we will grind it to the next .010 clean up size.
(the crankshaft should be rebalanced to ensure minimal vibration).
Crankshaft balancing. This should be done after grinding to insure smooth operation. We need to
have the crankshaft, flywheel, all the gears on the front and the crank pin in order to balance it
properly.
Camshaft grinding. We can build up and regrind your camshaft to original specs. We have the master cams for
all four and six cylinder engines.
Main and rod bearing babbitting.Send us the connecting rods with the shells and the size of each crank
pin. We will rebabbitt the shells, install them in the rod and bore to finish size. For main bearings,
send the bearing shells with the size of the crankshaft main bearing pin. We will rebabbitt them and bore
to SIMI finish. You will have to reinstall the mains in the engine block then line bore to finish size (we do
this if we are rebuilding your engine).
